Follow the paper and money trail

Potential explosive evidence uncovered by JoAnn Moretti at Blogster indicates that there may be possible criminal activity involving BP and Obama.

Maybe it's possible that the Congressional version of the Inquisition may reveal the connections between BP and the Democrat Party, at least according to JoAnn Moretti at Blogster. She has apparently uncovered a paper trail that purportedly connects BP, Haliburton, Deepwater Horizon, Citigroup, Goldman-Sachs, and the US. Government to a company called NALCO.

Looking at her evidence, we see some well known names in finance, Warren Buffet, Tony Rezko, George Soros and Barack Hussein Obama...mmm.mmmm.mmm.

According to Moretti, there is a concerted effort by these people and corporations to delay fixing the spewing oil leak at the bottom of the Gulf of Mexico. Though, why she makes such an assertion doesn't seem to be forthcoming. According to Obama, he was on top of the disaster on day one when SWAT teams were deployed to "secure" the area the very day it happened, yet, his regime later claimed that they didn't know the extent of the leak.

Although, Obama did say that he was pulling back to let BP handle the leak, because they were better equipped, may explain why the government seems to be taking a lackadaisical attitude towards fixing the problem. However, BP's stance seems to be just as suspect. According to JoAnn Moretti:
NALCO is associated with UChicago Argonne program. UChicago Argonne received $164 million dollars in stimulus funds this past year. UChicago Argonne just added two new executives to their roster. One from NALCO. The other from the Ill. Dept of Education.

If you dig a little deeper you will find NALCO is also associated with Warren Buffett, Maurice Strong, Al Gore, Soros, Apollo, Blackstone, Goldman Sachs, Hathaway Berkshire.

Warren Buffet /Hathaway Berkshire increased their holdings in NALCO just last November. (Timing is everything).

The dispersant chemical is known as Corexit. What it does is hold the oil below the water's surface. It is supposed to break up the spill into smaller pools. It is toxic and banned in Europe.

NALCO says they are using older and newer versions of Corexit in the Gulf.. (Why would you need a newer version, if the old one was fine?)

There is big money and even bigger players in this scam. While they are letting the oil blow wide open into the Gulf, the stakes and profit rise.

The Dolphins, Whales, Manatees, Sea Turtles and fish suffocate and die. The coastal regions, salt marshes, tourist attractions and the shore front properties are being destroyed, possibly permanently. The air quality is diminished. The Gulf of Mexico fishing industry is decimated.

All to create a need for their expensive and extremely profitable poison.

Moreover, there seems to be evidence that the corporate fatcats intended to maximize their financial gains by using Rahm Emmanuel's mantra, "Never let a good crisis go to waste."

Whatever the accuracy of JoAnn Moretti's assertions, if any of this turns out be fractionally true, this would be the death knell of President Obama's reign.

Have democrats crossed the Rubicon?

When Roman legions returned to Rome from battle, generals were required by law to disband their armies and disarm before crossing the Rubicon. On January 10, 49 BC, Julius Caesar was having nothing of it and decided to cross over the river starting the invasion of Rome.

When a person or group of people commit themselves and act on a decision we use the euphemism of crossing the river Rubicon, because it is the point of no return.

And the democrat party has done precisely that. From causing the housing melt down, bank bailouts, taking over auto industries to passing Obamacare, the democrats Holy Grail of progressivism, they have crossed the Rubicon and many of them know it and are bailing out like rats on a sinking ship.

Make no mistake. The republican party is just as guilty in much of the economic turmoil we're in, but, democrats have accelerated the problem exponentially. During the Bush years, liberals were yelling of malfeasance, impeach Bush for starting an unjust war, the Patriot Act is being used to arrest Americans, though there hasn't been any evidence of it. The list is endless.

Now that liberals have gotten their wish, though temporarily, critics of the Obama regime have been endlessly berated and called racist and ask, "Where were you when Bush was president?" Well, we were saying something, but nobody was listening. If you were expecting us to launch into venomous and vitriolic tirades, sorry, we conservatives and libertarians don't see the need to act in such ways.

However, since Obama has been in office, he has made the economic situation worse, as well as stepping up combat operations in Afghanistan. You asked us where we were when Bush was causing problems, well, we can ask you the same thing now. Why aren't you yelling from on high about the current situation? Where is the vitriol you showed Bush? Or is that the problem? It's ok because it's a democrat doing it, but not ok if it's a republican.

Oh well, it doesn't matter. Rather than shrugging our shoulders and saying, "Dans le doute, abstiens toi." we're in no doubt now and we are going to do something this November. All we need to do is vote out many of the incumbents and replace them in he House, where the purse strings reside.

Then we can starve these reprehensible bills out of existence.

We Are Overdue For A House Cleaning

"I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all."

I remember as a kid in elementary school reciting that pledge every morning. I didn't know what it meant then and didn't really come to appreciate it until I donned the uniform of the US Army in 1984, even then I didn't really understand it's meaning. It wasn't until I was about twenty two years old when it's full impact became apparent to me when Iraq invaded Kuwait and you know the rest.

What is patriotism? At the risk over simplifying it, patriotism is an attitude and not a virtue. As much as it sickens me to write this, Nazi's were patriots, though for a disgusting and revolting reason. Suicide bombers are patriots, as well as the Irgun and Stern gangs during the pre-Israel days. But, patriotism wraps cause in its folds; if the zeal of your patriotism calls on you to take up a cause that is immoral and repugnant, then you face condemnation. If your cause musters your patriotism to defend the weak against oppression, then you are lauded for your efforts.

In America, patriotism also means to revere the Founding Fathers and what they created for us. No other country or culture in the history of mankind has done what our Founders did: To create a country that was based on an idea to be pursue life, liberty and happiness where its citizens are considered equal no matter what their social standing is, ethnic background or religion and to keep the fruits of their labor, and to speak out against the government without fear of reprisals.

In other words, to be an American is to be part of an idea.

What's not patriotic is when the will of the people are ignored by our politicians. Thomas Jefferson once said, "When the government fears the people, it's liberty. When the people fears the government, it's tyranny." This is what's going on today with our politicians and current administration, when the majority of the people are telling them that, yes, health care reform is needed, but not the way you're wanting to do it and are being ignored.

This administration has nothing but utter contempt for the Constitution. They see it as a roadblock to their path of creating a national government, rather than maintaining a federal one, like the Founders intended it to be. Remember what Obama has said in the past about the Constitution containing a negative Bill of Rights, yet, he's supposed to be a Constitutional lawyer and should know better. If you don't think so, consider the attempt by Rep. Louise Slaughter to change the rules for the Senate's version of the health care bill. This would have "deemed" the Senate version as passing without actually having to vote on it and it's a blatant violation of Article I, Section VII, clause II of the Constitution.

And don't give me that crap about the Republicans having done it. This completely untrue.

But, as the saying goes, "You are who you are by the company you keep", speaks volumes of Barry Obama and we don't need to go back down that road; if you don't know it by now, then perhaps this isn't the place for you.

Regardless of what happens with this health care bill monstrosity, Barry is a one termer and come this November a good, old fashioned house cleaning is in order. But, here's the key: If anyone running for office during the midterms doesn't have, as part of their platform, the repeal of this health care reform bill, they need to.

A Congressional Makeover in 2010

congressWhen President Bush stated, "I've abandoned free market principles to save the free market system...", it sounded the death knell for our economy. It was also one of the top ten most stupidest words ever uttered by a politician in the 21st century.

Barack Obama campaigned by talking from both sides of his mouth; to the opposition his rhetoric was one of a centrist, to his base it was a message of fundamentally transforming a great nation and his mantra to both was hope and change. Being a hairs breath away from his first full year into his first and hopefully only term, his approval ratings have slipped faster than any other president since FDR. To the experienced voter during the 2008 campaign, we asked ourselves how on the one hand someone can claim we are a great country, yet on the other hand say it needs to be fundamentally transformed.

There is no doubt in my mind how Obama became president. It was nothing more than a group of Americans that were fed up with President Bush and his administration for getting us into two wars and spending like drunken sailors on shore leave. He also appealed to younger voters or what I call the "Gimme" generation who, like a spoiled child, thought that they were going to get what they wanted.

In 2006 the democrats gained control over both houses of Congress and voted Nancy Pelosi as Speaker of the House; when that event occurred, I knew that this country was on the road to dark days. Since that time we have seen nothing but arrogance and contempt of Americans by ignoring us and passing legislation that is sure to drive this country into economic disaster. Though it's typical of liberals and progressives to think that they know what's best for everyone else, it's this elitist and statist attitude that will have them wondering why they are no longer sitting in their seat come this time next year.

- When asked where in the Constitution does it say that the government has the authority to force health care on Americans, Nancy Pelosi responded, "Are you serious?"

- Harry Reid recently equivocated Republicans to slave owners because they oppose health care reform. Interesting that he is ignorant of history. Republicans pushed civil rights legislation through Congress in the 1960's, while democrats filibustered it.

- Both houses of Congress are trying their best to pass bills that none of them have drafted or read.

- Obama's job summit included union bosses, yet excluded the Chamber of Commerce.

The list is endless and it's this arrogance that will be their undoing.

Recently we witnessed two gubernatorial elections where democrats were replaced with Republicans. Many liberal pundits claim that these election upsets were not a reflection of Obama and his administration. That may be, however, if these pundits think that these elections in Virginia and New Jersey are not a sign for things to come are out of touch with the real world. Why do you think that they are trying to shove a 2000 page health care reform bill through the Senate?

If you weren't paying attention to either of those elections, then you wouldn't have noticed that the young voters that Obama heavily relied on seemed to be AWOL at the ballot boxes.

If you are jobless, looking for a job, lost a home, etc and you voted for Obama, the question I have for you when you thought that He was going to deliver on his promises is:

How's that hope and change working for you?

No matter what happens, when the tides of political power shifts in November of next year, the damage that Obama and his boss, Andy Stern and Congress has done can be undone and this country can be put back on the road to its greatness.

Troop Funding Diverted to Pet Projects

reichstag-whitehouse
By Shaun Waterman THE WASHINGTON TIMES

Senators diverted $2.6 billion in funds in a defense spending bill to pet projects largely at the expense of accounts that pay for fuel, ammunition and training for U.S. troops, including those fighting wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, according to an analysis.

Among the 778 such projects, known as earmarks, packed into the bill: $25 million for a new World War II museum at the University of New Orleans and $20 million to launch an educational institute named after the late Sen. Edward M. Kennedy, Massachusetts Democrat.
